Causal Representation Learning

Causal Representation Learning plays an important role in artificial intelligence. It help the machine learning models to understand the underling physical rules in the world from the high dimensional observational data. In this talk, we will introduce the basic understanding, the current challenges of causal representation learning. Then we will introduce the method, theoretical guarantee and applications about causal representation learning on 1) how to understanding the world? 2) how to apply it to the downstream tasks. Finally, we will introduce the potential future direction.
